Hi, Annie! Thanks so much for my necklace...I will wear it and think of you and your camino...the thoughts you inspired in me during that amazing time have been a great comfort to me. I believe it will stay with me for a long, long time. I think of you when I'm on the treadmill too! With much love and great admiration, Didi p.s. When are you and Quint coming to Tulsa, huh?

Hi Annie, its taken me a while to get round to checking out your blog but i finally got a chance and i've really enjoyed reliving some of the camino through your eyes. Thank you for sharing so much. I'm always in awe of people who communicate with such ease and generosity. when i feel the need to rekindle some of my inner camino i sometimes put on my 'pilgrimmes playlist' and walk out by my local lake. one of the songs on the playlist that accompanied me across spain was the theme from One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest. I think of the Chief, who for so long remained mute because he didn't know how to resond to the world he found himself in, finally breaking free and loping off into the night. Randal Patrick McMurphy knew what to say the world and that inspired the Chief to find his voice and ultimately his freedom. people who are comfortable with their own voice can be such an inspiration. I've never looked at a blog before today and this is what it made me think of !! And so I say to you; 'Juicyfruit?' Hope you're well and settling back into life in LA. It'd be nice to hear from you some time. Take care, Your camino friend, Ivan
